d) The right to data portability

You have the right to request that we deliver any data collected by us with your express consent or under a contract, either to you or to a third party in a commonly used and machine readable format. If you request a direct data transfer to another responsible party this can only be carried out if technically feasible.

As permitted by law, you have the right to be provided at any time with information free of charge about any of your personal data that is stored, as well as its origin, the recipient and the purpose for which it has been processed. This is done based on Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. We collect, process and use your personal data concerning the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent required to enable you to access our service or to bill you for the same.
Collected customer data will be deleted after the completion of the service or after the termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
c) Data transfer in case of contract conclusion for online-shops, dealers and dispatch of goods
We communicate personal data to third parties only if this should become necessary in the scope of the contract execution, for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of goods or the financial institute entrusted with the payment process. For the handling of payments agreed upon in the contracts between the parties involved, PayPal needs certain data, such as name or address. This data is either submitted by the seller or entered by you in a special mask for this purpose. Generally, the data forwarded to PayPal corresponds to the data you entered during the order process.

d) Applicant data privacy
Patricia Della Bella (Della Bella Managemet) collects and processes personal data of job applicants for the handling of the application procedure. The processing may be carried out electronically, particularly when an applicant submits application documents electronically to Della Bella Managemet, e.g. via email or a web form on the website. If Della Bella Managemet concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the submitted data will be saved in compliance with legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be deleted automatically 6 months after the denial of the applicant, provided that the deletion is not in conflict with other legitimate interests of Della Bella Managemet. A legitimate interest in this case would be for instance the burden of proof in a lawsuit according to the German General Equality Act (AGG).

This data is obtained from interest-related advertising on Google as well as user data from third-party providers and cannot be traced back to any individual visitor. b) Instagram
On our website we use so-called social plugins („plugins“) of the online service Instagram, which is operated by Instagram 3 LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA („Instagram“). The plugins are usually marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an “Instagram camera.”
If you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Instagram servers. Instagram directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website.
